Train for the worst day —
without ever risking it.
The most important skills are the ones you can't practise safely: the hazardous procedure, the expensive machine, the rare failure, the high-stakes decision. Abhigyaan lets your people practise all of it in a realistic, repeatable environment — and lets distributed teams do it together, from anywhere.
The best training is hands-on. Hands-on is usually risky, costly, or impossible.
So companies settle for slideshows and videos nobody remembers, train on live equipment and lose production, fly experts in to solve ten-minute problems, and end up with work done slightly differently at every site.
Abhigyaan removes the trade-off: hands-on practice with none of the risk, cost, or distance.
Five ways industry uses Abhigyaan.
- 01
Immersive training & simulation
Practise dangerous, expensive or rare procedures safely and repeatably — solo or with a trainer in the same room.
- 02
Collaborative design review
Walk around a 3D/CAD model together, at full scale, before committing to tooling.
- 03
Remote assistance
A remote expert sees what your technician sees and guides the fix in real time, with shared 3D context and annotations.
- 04
Remote tracking
Know who trained, on what, and how well — across every site, in real time, ready for compliance and certification.
- 05
Shared rooms
Distributed teams in the same virtual space, in real time, from anywhere in the world. The flagship capability.

Frequently asked questions.
- What is Abhigyaan Professional Training?
- Abhigyaan Professional Training is a collaborative, immersive training platform for industry and defence, built by Qodequay Technologies. Companies use it for operator and safety training, learning & development, multi-user 3D and CAD design review, remote expert assistance and remote training tracking. Distributed teams join the same virtual room from anywhere — on VR headset or browser — and train together in real time. Developed to professional grade with AFMC for medical and defence.
- Which industries do you serve?
- Manufacturing, automobile, electronics and household-appliance manufacturers, corporate Learning & Development across industries, and medical and defence training organisations. Use cases include operator and assembly training, safety and SOP drills, design review, remote assistance, onboarding, compliance, and CBME-aligned medical simulation.
- Do trainees need VR headsets?
- No. VR delivers the deepest immersion, but every Abhigyaan room, simulation, design review and remote-assistance session also runs in an ordinary web browser. So people without a headset can still join the same live session as headset users.
- Can people in different countries join the same room?
- Yes. Abhigyaan rooms are cloud-hosted multi-user spaces. Participants join from different cities or countries, on a headset or a laptop, and interact with the same 3D content and the same experience in real time.
- How is this different from a VR training video or LMS course?
- Videos and LMS courses are passive. Abhigyaan is hands-on and multi-user: trainees actually perform the procedure in a realistic, repeatable environment; a trainer or remote expert can be in the same virtual room; every attempt is captured as telemetry; and one standard of training reaches every site at once.
- Is it secure for confidential designs and training?
- Yes. Sessions are encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in Indian data centres by default, with role-based access, recording controls and audit logs. Custom data-residency and air-gapped deployments are available for defence and regulated environments. See the trust page for details.
