We build training that people remember — because they did it.
Abhigyaan Professional Training is built by Qodequay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, India. We make immersive, collaborative training and design tools for organisations that can't afford the cost of training on the live thing.
Our core belief is simple: hands-on practice beats passive learning, and collaborative practice beats solo. We started with K–12 schools, where the same problem exists in different clothes — children can't experiment safely on real chemistry, can't dissect enough specimens, can't ask enough questions of one teacher. The platform we built to solve those problems turned out to solve the same problems for industry: dangerous procedures, expensive equipment, distributed teams, knowledge that lives in one expert's head.
Today the same engine powers VR training simulations for operators, design review for engineers, remote assistance for field technicians, and immersive medical training developed with the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune. The work crosses industries: manufacturing, automobile, electronics and appliance makers, corporate L&D, and medical/defence training.
We're a multi-disciplinary team — engineers, designers, content authors, clinicians and industry SMEs — based primarily in India, with deployments across the country and growing reach in the Gulf and Southeast Asia.
If you're trying to train people to do something they can't safely or affordably do for real, we'd like to hear from you.
