Remote Assistance
Bring the expert to the problem — without the flight.
Abhigyaan remote assistance lets a remote expert see what a field or floor technician sees and guide them through a task in real time — with shared 3D context, annotations and voice — so problems get solved without flying the expert in. Used for equipment repair, installation, diagnostics and on-the-job training.

FAQ
Remote assistance FAQ.
- What is remote assistance?
- Real-time guidance from a remote expert to a field or floor technician. The expert sees what the technician sees (camera or VR view), shares 3D context (the equipment model, schematics), annotates in their field of vision, and speaks them through the fix.
- How does the expert see the technician's view?
- Via headset camera, phone/tablet camera, or a shared 3D model of the equipment. Multi-camera and multi-participant sessions are supported.
- What hardware does the technician need?
- A VR headset gives the best hands-free experience. A phone or tablet works for camera-based assistance. Browser fallback is supported.
- Can sessions be recorded for training?
- Yes, with consent. Recorded sessions become training material for future technicians — a library of real fixes for real problems.
- Is it secure?
- Yes. Encrypted in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logs, optional air-gapped deployment for sensitive sites.
