Encryption
All session media, content and telemetry encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Key management with rotation; customer-managed keys available for enterprise tiers.
Hosting and data residency
Hosted in Indian data centres by default. Region-specific deployment available (UAE, SG, EU). Air-gapped on-premise deployment available for defence and regulated environments.
Identity and access
Role-based access control. SSO via SAML 2.0 / OIDC. MFA enforced for admins. Granular permissions on rooms, content and recordings.
Recording and audit
Session recording is permission-gated. Comprehensive audit logs of who joined, who edited, who exported. Logs retained per customer policy.
IP protection for CAD / 3D content
Confidential models are loaded into ephemeral session contexts; never exposed to public CDNs. Watermarking and screenshot detection available.
Compliance
DPDP Act 2023 aligned. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 paths in progress. Custom MSAs, DPAs and NDAs supported for procurement.
