Which payment methods are supported?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net-banking and EMI through major Indian payment gateways. International cards on request.
How are receipts and GST invoices generated?
Automatically on successful payment. Receipts are GST-compliant, customisable with school branding, and emailed/messaged to parents instantly.
Can we charge different fees per class, section or category?
Yes. Set fee structures by class, section, board, scholarship category, EWS quota, or any custom segmentation. Concessions and waivers per student are supported.
How do parents see and pay fees?
Through the branded parent app. They see pending dues, history and one-tap payment. Reminders auto-trigger on due dates.
What happens to data if we leave Abhigyaan?
Full export of all fee records, receipts and reconciliation data in CSV/JSON. 90-day off-boarding window.
