- Which payment methods are supported?
- UPI, debit and credit cards, net-banking and EMI through major Indian payment gateways. International cards on request.
- How are receipts and GST invoices generated?
- Automatically on successful payment. Receipts are GST-compliant, customisable with school branding, and emailed/messaged to parents instantly.
- Can we charge different fees per class, section or category?
- Yes. Set fee structures by class, section, board, scholarship category, EWS quota, or any custom segmentation. Concessions and waivers per student are supported.
- How do parents see and pay fees?
- Through the branded parent app. They see pending dues, history and one-tap payment. Reminders auto-trigger on due dates.
- What happens to data if we leave Abhigyaan?
- Full export of all fee records, receipts and reconciliation data in CSV/JSON. 90-day off-boarding window.
