- What's included in the free Starter tier?
- Online fee collection (UPI, cards, net-banking, EMI), the branded parent app, digital attendance with parent alerts, and the digital notice board. Up to 2 user roles. The free Starter tier is genuinely free; paid Starter (₹99/student/yr) adds premium support and higher user limits.
- Are 3-year contracts cheaper?
- Yes. Three-year commitments lock in current pricing and typically include discounts on Pro and Immersive subscriptions. Government procurement contracts follow tender pricing.
- Is GST included?
- All prices are exclusive of GST. Invoices are issued with the applicable Indian GST (18% on most education-software services as of 2026). GST is itemised on every invoice.
- Do you support government school procurement?
- Yes. Abhigyaan is on GeM, supports standard tender documentation, and ships BIS-certified hardware for procurement workflows. Pilots are available before full district rollout.
- What happens if we leave?
- Your data is yours. Standard exit includes a full data export (students, staff, fees, attendance, HPC records) in CSV/JSON. We support a 90-day off-boarding window for migration.
- Can we white-label the parent app?
- Yes. The parent app is white-labelled in the Starter tier and above — your school's name, logo and colour.
